午夜剧场

Mentor/Mentee Jobs on Campus provides 午夜剧场 students with valuable work experience, on-the-job mentoring, and professional development to promote career readiness and future job retention. Students are mentored by a faculty or staff member and develop a mindset and habits consistent with professional conduct in an office setting. This enhances students’ preparation for the workforce and job readiness. Complementing current work-study opportunities, students are paid a competitive hourly rate of $20/hour and work a maximum of 10 hours/week with a supervisor/mentor who ensures that academic requirements are met. Job opportunities are open to international students.

Student Eligibility: To participate in Mentor/Mentee Jobs on Campus students must be enrolled at least part-time and have a minimum GPA of 2.7.

Goals:

• Engage students in on-campus employment that builds career readiness in a professional setting.
• Foster workplace mentoring that supports students’ academic growth and professional development.
• Improve undergraduate students’ career readiness skills to promote future job retention.
• Educate students on career planning, job search skills (resume preparation, interviews), professional etiquette, and life skills (budgeting, finance management) through attendance of professional development events.
• Promote peer bonding through group meetings.
