Mission
The Environmental Health & Safety Office (EHS) is committed to protecting the health and welfare of students, faculty and staff. We work together with the community to maintain a healthy and safe campus.
What We Do
EHS is responsible for ensuring that the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ is environmentally sound and safe for all, which is accomplished by compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. This is a shared responsibility with students, faculty and staff.

- Compliance with public employee occupational safety & health regulations, as per the NYS .
- Infectious Diseases
- Health Alerts
- Legionella - Testing & Cooling Towers
- Compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- Chemical Spills
- Pest Control
- Recycling Program
- Indoor Air Quality Investigation
- Accident Investigation
- Laboratory Safety
