NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln and ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ are partnering on a Spring 2026 internship cohort that will include five ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ students. The partnership builds on Lincoln’s paid internship model, which was launched to give college students meaningful exposure to hospital administration and healthcare career pathways.
About the partnership
This Spring 2026 cohort is designed to connect ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ students with practical learning experiences inside a major public hospital setting. Through the internship, students will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of healthcare administration while building professional skills, expanding their networks, and exploring long-term careers in the health sector. The format is inspired by Lincoln’s LEARN at Lincoln internship program, which provides students with hands-on experience in hospital administration.

Students in the internship cohort are expected to benefit from structured learning, professional mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to healthcare operations. Lincoln’s original internship framework included rotations in areas such as Finance, Hospital Administration, Human Resources, and Ambulatory Care, offering a strong model for experiential learning in a hospital environment.
