If you think you may be eligible for services through ARC, we’re happy to schedule an Initial Intake Appointment, where students meet with a Disability Accommodation Specialist to request and discuss academic adjustments. Students requesting services for the first time should complete the Confidential Accommodation Request Form below. Students who are already registered with ARC or previously received accommodations through another CUNY campus and wish to schedule an appointment with ARC should log into CUNY Accommodate using the link below.
First Time Request for Services
To register with your campus Disability Services Office (DSO), students should complete the form. You will be asked to provide the following information:
- General information (i.e., Name, CUNYfirst EMPL ID, and Email)
- Disability
- Accommodation(s) that you are requesting
The information provided by you will create an accommodation record within CUNY Accommodate. After completing and submitting the Confidential Accommodation Request Form, an ARC Staff member will contact you to schedule an Initial Intake Appointment. Login to CUNY Accommodate
CUNY Accommodate is an all-in-one platform for managing disability-related accommodations. Students registered with ARC may schedule appointments with ARC Staff, submit Semester Request, or submit Testing Request through CUNY Accommodate.
Visit the following link to access . After registering with your campus Disability Services Office (DSO), use your CUNY Single Sign On (SSO) credentials to login to the CUNY Accommodate system. These credentials (Username: Firstname.Lastname##@login.cuny.edu) are the same login you use to access CUNYfirst and Blackboard/Brightspace.

- Enter your CUNY username and password.
